Data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through our forms:
- contact form: last name, first name, email, phone, message and subject of your enquiry;
- viewing request: the same details, the property concerned, and your preferred date, time and format;
- simulator: your answers (goal, property type, down-payment budget, lifestyle, condition) and your contact details.
We also record the language in which you browse the site, so we can reply in that language, and count visits to each property anonymously.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used solely to answer your enquiry, arrange a viewing and suggest properties that match your criteria. This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We never send marketing without your agreement and never sell your data.
Recipients
Your data is only accessible to Dubai Gold Real Estate advisors. It may be shared, strictly as needed, with a developer or financing partner when you ask us to proceed on a specific property. Our technical providers (website and database hosting) act as processors and are bound by confidentiality.
International transfers
As our agency is based in the United Arab Emirates, your data may be processed outside the European Union. We apply appropriate security measures and comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as GDPR principles for our European clients.
Retention
Data relating to an enquiry is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange, then deleted. If a transaction is completed, the related documents are kept for the period required by applicable regulations.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@dubaigoldrealestate.com; we reply within 30 days. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics. Only your currency preference and whether the welcome animation has played are stored in your browser. Some pages rely on third-party services that may receive your IP address: Google Fonts (typefaces), Esri and OpenStreetMap (maps), YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (videos) and WhatsApp when you choose to message us that way.
Security
Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the enquiries we receive is restricted to authorised team members through a secure area.
